ANONYMIZED REAL JOB · WORK SUMMARY EXAMPLE
Hydro jetting and post-cleaning camera observations from an approximately 67-foot line. Client names, property address, and private video links are omitted.
Tree roots, dirt, and other debris were observed in the carriage house sewer line.
Hydro jetting was performed from the garage floor drain cleanout toward the main house. The line was inspected with a sewer camera after cleaning.
The line was cleaned and water was flowing properly. Two areas holding water were documented approximately 11 feet and 48 feet from the cleanout toward the main house. No other visible structural damage or cracks were reported in the inspected line.
The areas holding water remain after cleaning and should be monitored for recurring drainage problems. Cleaning clears obstructions; it does not change pipe slope.
